Shaelene Craddock is a Developmental Educator and NDIS Registered provider of Positive Behavioural Supports and Therapeutic Supports
Shaelene is registered Developmental Educator, and long-time professional in the disability sector. with decades of experience. She holds degrees in Disability Studies (Masters, 2015); Early Childhood Intervention (Masters 2003); Alternative & Augmentative Communication (Honours, 2003); and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology (1993.) She has worked as the Principal of a specialist school for Children & Young Adults with Severe Disability, and more recently an Advocate, Co-ordinator of Supports, Trainer, University Tutor and Disability Liaison Officer.
Shaelene’s approach is to take a life course perspective and to seek to understand the person in terms of their developmental pathway as affected by their neurology and by events in their life.
Shaelene's expertise and experience are hard to match, and her approach is both innovative and evidence based.
She has always had a singular dedication to provide the best possible outcomes for her clients, trainees and students.
